Helpful contact info#
Here are a few more places you can go and people you can talk to.
Course reps#
Your course reps: you’ll find them on Wattle. You can get in touch with them at any time with feedback about the course, and you’ll be anonymous (I won’t know who gave the feedback).
CECC Student Services#
We no longer have a front reception phone (as we no longer have a receptionist). Please update with the following text: “Students Services are open Monday to Friday, from 10AM to 4PM (excluding Public Holidays) and can be found on Level 2 South Wing of the CSIT Building 108, North Road. Please head to the front count to discuss any questions or concerns you may have. You can also book an appointment to speak to a Student Services advisor (https://cecc.anu.edu.au/current-students/contact-student-services) and send an email to the team and they’ll reply as soon as possible.

Feedback#
We welcome and encourage your feedback throughout the course and as part of the SELT process at the end of the semester! In the first instance, we suggest providing your feedback directly to the course convenors by emailing comp1600@anu.edu.au. Alternately, if you’re not comfortable providing feedback directly, you can also reach out to your COMP1600/COMP6260 Course Representatives (their details can be found on the Wattle page for the course) or to the CECC Student Services Team (studentadmin.cecc@anu.edu.au) who can raise issues on your behalf. Note that both the course representatives as well as student services can provide feedback without revealing your identity!
General information & support services#
If you’ve been studying at the ANU for a while you probably already know about these websites, but here’s a list of various tools/repositories of information to help you in your studies at the ANU.
