Matthew Phillipps

Year 11 & 12 Co-ordinator

Hi Creative Computers! I am on the teaching team for the ANU Extension Creative Computing Course in 2023.

I have a history of creative computing going back 3 decades with the Australian Centre for Arts and Technology (ACAT) - and most recently with the ANU School of Cybernetics 3A Institute (3AI). I have taught in the ACT College system since 2010 - including leading the Global Classroom Project at UCSSC.

I have been involved with curriculum development for extension programs, digital media, 3D animation, algorithmic composition, and the current Data Science curriculum (Big Data Analytics and Machine Learning). I also love samba drumming, cycling, surfing, bushwalking and baking sourdough bread.
