You can drop in to our virtual front counter between 3-4pm (AEST) on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

Or visit us at our in-person front counter on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday between 10am–4pm (AEST)

  • In-person front counter: CSIT Building #108 – Level 2 South Wing 

Both our physical and virtual front counter consultations are generally 5-10 minutes long. However, we do recognise that there are some circumstances (e.g. complex or sensitive enquiries, complaints, study-plan/degree checking, etc.) that require a longer consultation with an adviser. If you have a complicated question that you'd like to discuss with one of our advisers, please book an appointment at: cecsacademicadvice.setmore.com

 

Study plan reviews

If you would like a CECS Student Adviser to review your study plan, please copmlete our CECS study plan review form.

You will need to upload a copy of your completed study plan in this format: CECS study plan review template (XLSX). 

Please note that we will not accept or review any study plans that are not provided in the requested format.
