The applications list if opened by clicking the 9 dots in the bottom left hand side of the screen. It will open to a list of frequently used applications with an option to show all applications which you can then browse through.
It is generally quicker if you know what you are looking for to search by typing the name of the application.
Some applications are grouped together into folders such as the Internet group which contains web-browsers and an email client. When you click on the group it will expand and let you select the program. Most applications used for you courses won’t be grouped.
