ACT Talent Jam - speed interviews & networking

The ACT Talent Jam is designed to connect students to study related paid work opportunities and increase employability on graduation.

It's a fast-paced and highly effective speed-interviewing and networking event that connects students who are keen to work to innovative businesses for paid jobs and internships.

We match STEM and 'digital first' student skills with the skills requested by the organisations attending. This free event is a collaboration between ANU TechLauncher, the Canberra Innovation Network, ACT Government, and Ribit at CSIRO Data61.

Why you should participate

  • Find an open or future role to support you while you study.
  • Learn how to present yourself and network professionally.
  • Meet potential employers and boost your career opportunities.

Who can register?

This event is open to all students from universities, TAFE and accredited colleges with skills across technology, marketing and creative, science and math, business and finance.

It doesn’t matter what you’re studying - if you have any of these skills and the right attitude, this event will deliver value and connections with innovative companies.

Who is coming?

Organisations from across the ACT who appreciate the value of hiring students to help grow their businesses. Innovative high growth start-ups, SMEs and larger companies, ready to invest their time and knowledge to give students the experience they need to enhance their Ribit profile and become highly employable on graduation.
