Mr Isaac Manuel

Isaac Manuel is a PhD student with the Australian National University and the National ICT Australia (NICTA). He is a member of NICTA's distributed control and estimation group, where his research focus is distributed sequential Monte Carlo methods. Isaac holds a BE in Computer Engineering with first class honours from the University of Canterbury. He is a recipient of the 2013 Fulbright Science and Innovation Graduate Award granted by Fulbright New Zealand.
