Project:
Microsoft Intune Development and Deployment
Empreus IT Support is seeking an intern to assist with the development, deployment, and management of Microsoft Intune solutions. The project will involve working closely with our IT team to streamline device enrollment processes, configure compliance policies, and enhance security measures across various platforms. The successful intern will gain hands-on experience with modern device management strategies, troubleshoot Intune-related challenges, and help create technical documentation and user guides. Key activities may include: Collaborating with the IT team to design Intune deployment strategies for iOS, Android, and Windows devices. Implementing security policies, compliance rules, and conditional access policies to protect corporate data. Testing and validating configurations to optimize user experience while maintaining security. Participating in the creation of knowledge-base articles, training materials, and technical documentation. Providing troubleshooting and support for end-users during the Intune rollout. This project will provide the intern with exposure to enterprise-level mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) practices, as well as an understanding of Microsoft’s modern management ecosystem.
Required/Preferred Technical Skills:
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services, especially Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune. Understanding of mobile device management principles (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM). Basic knowledge of Windows Server environments and/or Azure Active Directory. Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows, iOS, and Android devices. Experience with or willingness to learn PowerShell scripting.

Good communication skills and ability to document processes clearly. Analytical thinking and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Ability to collaborate in a team setting.
Special Requirements:
 Access to Microsoft 365 Admin Center will be required. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) may need to be signed, as sensitive corporate data and configurations will be involved.

The internship will be paid. The intern/s will be hired as a casual employee.
