Welcome to COMP1720/6720 Art and Interaction Computing for Semester 2, 2024!
In this course you’ll learn to create expressive and interactive art with code. It’s not just an art course, and it’s not just a code course: you’ll have to do both, and you’ll have a lot of fun along the way. No previous coding or artistic experience is required: the COMP1720 team will teach you everything from the ground up.
In this course you’re an artist, and your canvas is the web browser with javascript and the p5 library. So when you want to share the art you make (and I really think you will) then you can just tweet out a link.
