The main textbook for the course is: Software Engineering @ Google - it is free, so please start reading it as soon as you can!
Additional textbook is: Engineering Software Products - it is not free and is a recommended text. You can buy it from Pearson Australia by following a discounted link posted on Ed Discussion forum here.
Finally, we also recommend these two books by Bertrand Meyer (the first one is available from the ANU Library for free):
