This is the public webpage for the Australian National University course Programming as Problem Solving, COMP1100. This course provides an introduction to programming and computer science, and is taught using the programming language Haskell.
While more and more resources for university learning are now paywalled in Learning Management Systems like Moodle and Canvas, we think that think it is important for academics to make their work publicly available - not just their research, but their teaching materials too.
Students who are currently enrolled in this course should continue to interact with it through our learning management system: Wattle provides your front page, but most action is in the Ed platform.
To navigate around this site, use the top menu (on a computer) or the ‘hamburger’ menu in the top left corner (on mobile).
Regards, and enjoy,
