United Nations Transparency Protocol Pilot

GoSource senior partner Steve Capell is also the vice chair of The United Nations Centre for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business (UN/CEFACT)

Currently the team is writing what will be come the UN traceability protocol.

Supporting governments and industry on practical measures to counter greenwashing by implementing supply chain traceability and transparency at the scale needed to achieve meaningful impacts on global sustainability outcomes.

This project will build on previously developed encryption and digital products to create a traceability pilot for one global supply chain (i.e. Critical minerals, Textiles, Construction or Food).

**Required technical skills**\

The preferred languages we use are Python or JavaScript in a AWS environment with Github as the code repository.

**Required/preferred professional and other skills**\

Desire to work on a project with global impact.

**Project’s Special Requirements/ Conditions**\

Must be an Australian Citizen as successful interns often progress on to GoSource’s other projects of national significance.

You can nominate multiple preferred Internship projects and host organisations through the one application form.

The closing date for Expressions of Interest for internship projects is 19th May, 2024. Students who have passed the eligibility checks would have received the application form.
